Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of Broker Services for Metrolinx Insurance Program

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.

Only Contractors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
(i)    The Proponent Should have minimum10 years of experience with work of a similar nature, scope and magnitude of the Work contemplated in this Request to Qualify and Quote as well as the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Work to the satisfaction of Metrolinx. Specifically, the Proponent should have related experience and demonstrate that it possesses the following experience and qualifications and:

1. 1. 1. 1. representation of entities of similar size and complexity in both the public or private sectors and in the public transportation business;
         2. representation of entities in infrastructure and construction preferably rail and public transportation business;
         3. employ staff that meet the required qualifications and years of service/experience to form an Account Service Team to perform the services required;

            3. Wrap-Up and Course of Construction;
            4. Owner Controlled Insurance Programs;
            5. Directors’ & Officers’ Liability;
            6. Errors & Omissions Liability;
            7. Cyber and Crime Liability;
            8. Pollution Liability;
            9. Risk consulting and advisory;
            10. Claims management; 
            11. Construction risk and insurance; and
            12. Construction and contract risk management
