Tender No. RFS-2020-HRDV-191 (Career Transition Services )
This Request for Services (“RFS”) RFS-2020-HRDV-191 is issued by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the stated ministry in section B.3 (“Ministry”) under Vendor of Record Arrangement, Master Agreement OSS-00523295 and is an invitation to selected vendors (“Vendors”) to potentially provide Recruiting Services. Vendors are requested to make submissions for the specifics described throughout the document, respond where indicated, and submit submissions via the Metrolinx MERX Portal. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.
Metrolinx is undertaking the largest transportation investment in Ontario’s history to transport our customers better, faster and easier, while also operating GO Transit, UP Express and PRESTO. Metrolinx has a unique opportunity to plan, build, operate and connect transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Metrolinx would like to leverage the existing Career Transition Services OPS VOR # OSS- 00523295. The proposed solution would allow us to continue to offer Career Transition Services to employees or former employees of Metrolinx. This would include the following:
- Career counselling and planning
- Resume development and cover letter assistance
- Interview coaching
- Career search strategies
- Online networking training
