Tender No. RFS-2020-HRDV-178 (Leadership Development Programming)
This Request for Services (“RFS”) RFS-2020-HRDV-178 is issued by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the stated ministry (“Ministry”) under Vendor of Record Arrangement, Master Agreement OSS-00536904 and is an invitation to selected Vendors (“Vendors”) to potentially provide Ontario Public Service Learning and Training Services.
Metrolinx is undertaking the largest transportation investment in Ontario’s history to transport our customers better, faster and easier, while also operating GO Transit, UP Express and PRESTO. Metrolinx has a unique opportunity to plan, build, operate and connect transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
To support Metrolinx’s achievement of a key Strategic Objective that focuses on the development of confident and competent people who are satisfied with their training and development, information, and, tools & resources, Human Resources has committed to expanding its curricula of leadership development programming for individual contributors, emerging leaders, new leaders, senior leaders, and executive leadership.
