Tender No. PT-2016-CKU-027 – Construction of New Signal Cable Installation, Commissioning and Testing at Rutherford GO Station
Metrolinx is accepting Tenders for Construction of New Signal Cable Installation Commissioning and Testing at Rutherford GO Station
Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $25,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.
Please ensure to review the Supplementary General Conditions of the Contract.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
 

• The Bidder shall be CORTM “Registered” status with IHSA;
• Satisfactorily completed, in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a minimum of 3  projects in the last 6 years, performing work similar in scope and complexity to the signals work including: modifications to existing signal systems in CTC and interlocking environments within a Canadian operating railway corridor, including signal relocation and new signal installation;
• Satisfactorily completed, or its designated testing and commissioning Subcontractor has satisfactorily completed, in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a minimum of 2 projects in the last 6 years, performing work similar in scope and complexity involving signals work including: interlocking environments within a Canadian operating railway corridor, signal relocation and new signal installation and;
• the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Work.
