Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Engineering Services for Mount Joy Passing Track
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Contractors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
Ten (10) years of experience with projects within a railway right-of-way, including demonstrated experience with the design and construction of track, signal system and rail platform infrastructures,
Ten (10) years of experience with multi-discipline design including track, signal, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, environmental, landscape design/traffic assessment,
Ten (10) years of experience with project management of similar scope and magnitude
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
