Call For Prequalification
Prequalification No. SQ-2021-STNS-095
Metrolinx invites interested Proponents to be prequalified in order to establish a list of Prequalified Contractors to perform interior emergent construction works and a list of Prequalified Contractors to perform exterior emergent construction works at various Metrolinx locations on an as-required basis, as more particularly described in the Prequalification Document as required by Metrolinx.
The objective of this Request to be Prequalified (Stage 1) is to develop lists of Prequalified Contractors, with the necessary experience, qualifications and resources to perform the work, as more particularly described in the Prequalification Document for the following Categories:
(a) Category A – Interior Construction Work
(b) Category B – Exterior Construction Work
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local Toronto, Ontario time, on September 14, 2021.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents.
- Only those Proponents that Metrolinx has determined, in its sole discretion based on the Evaluation Criteria stated in the Prequalification Document, to be qualified will be added to the Metrolinx list of Prequalified Contractors.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
