Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Engineering Services for Rehabilitation of Two Railway Bridges on the Oakville Subdivision.
A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held on March 29, 2022.
Refer to the Tender document on location and instructions regarding a COVID 19 screening sheet, release of liability form and proof of Personal Track Safety (PTS) course completion to be completed and submitted to the Procurement Representative prior to this Mandatory Site Meeting.
Bidders must have full PPE requirements in accordance with the Metrolinx Personal Protective Equipment Standards document. If a Bidder does not have full PPE, they will not be permitted to access the rail right of way.
Failure of Vendor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.
Attendees must wear hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and have safety glasses with them at the site meeting. Failure to satisfy
these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.
