Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Proposals for the Pre-Qualification (SQ) to establish a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) Arrangement for Cyber Security Technology, Implementation and Support.
Metrolinx is hosting a virtual Information Session on May 2nd, 2022 at 11:00am EST. Attendance is not mandatory.

Registration deadline is May 2nd, 2022 at 11:00am ET. Upon receipt of the registration request, Proponent will receive an email with the virtual meeting details for the Information Session.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 15:00 EST. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 13, 2022 at 3:00pm EST.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Proponents shall adhere to the Proposal Submission Requirements as identified within the tender document.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
The Mandatory Requirements for this tender are:
- The Proponent must agree to the below mandatory clauses as detailed in Appendix C: General Conditions
- Section 14.2 – Governing Law must be Ontario, and jurisdiction of Courts must be Ontario.
- Section 11.2 – Metrolinx cannot provide an indemnity that would be considered a contingent liability
- Section 14.14 – Contractor Work Performance Rating Process
- Section 2.7 – Conflict of Interest
- Proponent must possess a minimum of five *5) years experience working in the Cybersecurity area.
- Proponent must provide rates for ALL “Onshore” roles. Onshore refers to personnel resources who live and work in Canada, including resources who have legal work permits to work in Canada.
