Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Consultant’s Assignment for the Provision of
Elevating Devices Consulting Services

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on June 17,2022.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of
MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their
Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the
Instructions to Bidders.

Only Consultant who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered
for award of this Contract:

• The Consultant must demonstrate that it possesses the following
experience and qualifications:
• The necessary resources to sustain and complete the Services to the
satisfaction of Metrolinx;
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience providing elevator and
escalator consulting services;
• Current TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) and NAESA
(National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities) certifications of
Project Manager and Technical Specialists
• Proximity of the Corporate Firm’s office location(s) to the Greater
Toronto Area in order to provide service within the timeframes
specified in Appendix “B”;
• Meet all the Mandatory Requirements listed in Attachment Request
Document Forms.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
