Tender No. RFP-2022-HRDV-367: Employee Group Benefits Services
Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Employee Group Benefits Services
Under this RFP, Metrolinx will be seeking one or more Proponent(s) to provide comprehensive Employee Benefit plan services for Basic Life, Dependant Life, Supplemental Life, Long Term Disability, Supplementary Health, Vision & Hearing, and Dental benefits. Plan services include insurance coverage, claims management and adjudication support, employee, and policyholder administration tools and services, and client support services.
Additionally, the objective is to assess and determine the Proponent(s) that are in the best position in terms of their demonstrated ability to effectively manage claims, provide excellent customer service, and competitive underwriting arrangements while having the ability to mirror our existing Employee benefit plan designs.
The RFP will contain two (2) Categories, Category A: Health and Dental Benefits and Category B: Group Life and LTD Benefits. Proponents can choose to bid on one or both Categories.

File entitled “Appendix B – Employee Data” has not been included in the publicly available tender documents within MERX due the sensitive nature of the content. In order to access this document, Proponents MUST sign the enclosed Non-Disclosure Agreement and send it to Corporate.rfx@metrolinx.com. Within 24 hours of receipt, Metrolinx will provide Proponent with Appendix B.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on August 11, 2022.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Proponents shall adhere to the Proposal Submission Requirements as identified within the tender document.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
