Prequalification for Ontario Line Joint Corridor – Lower Don Enabling Works Package 3
Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified to establish a prequalified list of Proponents (the “Prequalified List”) with the necessary experience, qualifications, and resources to perform work for the Southbound Ontario Line Joint Corridor – Lower Don Bridge - Early Works (i.e. Enabling Works 3 Package) (the “Project”).
The objective of this Request to be Prequalified (Stage 1) is to develop a Prequalified List of Proponents with the necessary experience, qualifications and resource availability to provide the Works to be issued via the Stage 2 invitational procurement process for Ontario Line Joint Corridor – Lower Don Bridge - Early Works (i.e. Enabling Works 3 Package).
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on October 21, 2022.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only those Proponents that Metrolinx has determined, in its sole discretion based on the Evaluation Criteria stated herein, to be qualified will be added to the Metrolinx Prequalified List of Contractors for the Work.
