Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

               2147483647. Firm’s experience and qualifications relevant and similar in type, size and complexity of the Work.
               12962. (10) years of demonstrated experience and a proven track record in successful knowledge transfer within a maturing organization through the delivery of training and development programs and courses.
