Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Firms  for “Engineering Services for Rehabilitation of Cooksville Creek and Credit River Railway Bridges on the Oakville Subdivision”

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidder’s[1] who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• satisfactorily completed or is satisfactorily performing in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract";
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the area of inspection, design, and construction project management of railway bridges with the reference to Metrolinx, CN Standard and AREMA;
• Ten (10) years of experience adhering to applicable railway bridge and structure standards and guidelines, and development of railway bridge design and construction specifications;
• Ten (10) years of experience with the design of railway bridges and structures;
• Ten (10) years of experience with railway bridge and structures construction supervision and contract administration.
• Ten (10) years demonstrated experience with the supervision of construction rehabilitation bridge projects undertaken  which continues to operate during construction.;
• Minimum ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in technical inspection services in disciplines including, but not limited to:
  • civil and structural (above and in-water inspection) ;
  • earthworks and grading;
  • environmental compliance; and
  • track and signals.
