In partnership, with the Province, regions and municipalities, Metrolinx is building a seamless, integrated and sustainable transportation network to service the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. In addition to planning, building and delivering major regional transportation projects throughout the GTHA, Metrolinx also currently oversees three distinct services: GO Transit, Presto and Union Pearson Express.
In order for Metrolinx to respond to pressures resulting from rapid growth and change, and to maintain strong executive leadership skillsets, it requires consultants to provide executive search services to address our recent restructure initiatives and fill vacancies with top senior level leadership. These search firms offer the Corporation extended search capabilities to hire highly qualified and seasoned executives to lead projects and deliver the organizations ambitious mandate and to fill positions that require leadership skillsets in the field of subway, rail, transit, transportation and construction. Please note this is for filling of senior level positions only.
The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of Executives Recruitment Services over a period of two (2) year initial term with an additional three (3) one-year term extension options to be exercised at Metrolinx’s sole discretion. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of the RQQ Document

Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on December 14, 2022 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
