Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for COMMERCIAL TENANT AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

1. The necessary resources to sustain and complete the Project to the satisfaction of Metrolinx;
2. Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience working in Commercial Properties
3. Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience working with diverse real estate portfolios that may include:
- one (1) or more tenants; and
4. Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in property management services for Commercial properties of the following:
- Facility operations; recoverable and nonrecoverable
- Financial;
- Tenant relations;
- Vendor and Contractor Services;
- Procurement and management of property related services and repairs; and
- Capital Expense:
i. capital repair and/or replacement recommendations; and
ii. expense reporting.

5. Experience working on projects where adjoining properties and the surrounding community may be sensitive to the Project to be provided. A demonstrated ability to address concerns promptly, and fairly.
6. Demonstrated Operations experience working with facility management position for a variety of properties, responsibilities shall included but is not limited to:
- Landscaping;
- Snow removal;
- Waste management;
- Interior and exterior Common Area cleaning and maintenance;
- Financial Management and Budgeting; to include year end financial statements, maintenance and capital cost forecasts,
- Tenant Management.
- Rent Collection, TMI and additional rent management and collection. Management of general tenant relations, relocations, negotiations, mediation.
- Procurement of facility management related services; with facility repair and contracting companies required, as well as service providers related to the Work.
7. Experience working with crown corporations is considered an asset.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
