Metrolinx is accepting submissions for Engineering Services for The Rehabilitation of The Eglinton Ave. Railway Bridge.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held as follows:

Date: Wednesday, October 16, 2024
Time: 08:00 a.m. Toronto Ontario Time.
Location: 100 Bellamy Rd S, Toronto, ON.

Proponents must register by submitting to the Senior Procurement Officer a signed “Release of Liability Form” at least 24 hours prior to the site meeting.

Failure of Proponents to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.

Proponents are required to wear Class 3 PPE, including hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and safety glasses, at the site meeting. Please review Section 3.3(d) for a PPE requirement breakdown.

Failure to satisfy these safety requirements will result in exclusion from the site.

BID SUBMISSION:

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Attend mandatory site meeting,
Compliance with conditions outlined in Section 4.2 Mandatory Requirements in the main document.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
