Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for The Removal, Disposal and Recycling of Regulated Waste at Various Bus Facilities (East and West)

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario time on January 14, 2025.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS.
Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

The Bidder shall comply with the Ontario Environmental Protection Act., R.R.O. 1990 Chapter E.19 and its regulations, in particular O. Reg. 347 General – Waste Management and any amending Regulations; and

The Bidder shall manifest the quantities removed as required by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) O. Reg. 347 and take them to an MECP approved site for disposal or recycling.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
