Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for The Supply and Delivery of Wheels and Tires for Transit Vehicles.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario time on March 14, 2025.

***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The mandatory requirements for this Tender Document are as follows:

1.0.- The Submission shall be submitted by the Bidder. For the purposes of a Joint Venture, the Participant-in-Charge shall submit the Submission.
2.0.- Pricing information must be completed and submitted with the Submission using "Tender Document Form - Contract Prices" and “Tender Document Form – Contract Price (Options)”.
3.0.- The Bidder must declare any conflicts of interest in Section 2.0 of “Tender Document Form: Conflict of Interest” by selecting one: Section 2.0(a) or Section 2.0(b).
4.0.- The Bidder must meet all of the mandatory requirements stated in the Scope of Work – Technical Specifications.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
