Tender Title: Window and Glass Cleaning Services at Various Metrolinx Locations
Metrolinx is accepting Tenders to retain the services of a Vendor to provide the goods and/or services for window and glass cleaning services at various Metrolinx locations. You are invited to submit your Submission for PT-2017-CR-007 which consists of three (3) packages comprised of various Metrolinx locations in the Central, East and West Regions. The Work of each region is more particularly described in the Tender Document for the provision of Window and Glass Cleaning Services for Metrolinx occupied spaces at Union Station and adjacent facilities in downtown Toronto for Metrolinx’ Central Region locations; at various GO Transit Stations, Parking Structures and Pedestrian Bridges for Metrolinx’ East and West Region locations.
Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $100,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
- satisfactorily completed in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, size, value and complexity as "the Work of this Contract".
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders at its sole discretion.
