Tender Title: Preventative Maintenance Inspections and Emergency Repairs for Overhead Cranes, Jibs and Hoists at Willowbrook Maintenance Facility
Metrolinx is accepting Tenders to retain the services of a Vendor for the provision of Preventative Maintenance Inspections and Emergency Repairs for Overhead Cranes, Jibs and Hoists at Willowbrook Maintenance Facility and the Warehouse located at 335 Judson Street, as more particularly described in the Tender Document(s).
Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
- satisfactorily completed in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, size, value and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; and
- the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Work.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders at its sole discretion.
