Audio and Visual Content Management, System Integration and Managed Services
Metrolinx releases of this RFP to solicit proposals through an open competitive process.
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a service provider who will supply, install, integrate, and maintain a Display Content Management System (DCMS) for Metrolinx’s new Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Oakville and the Business Resumption Centre (BRC) in Willowbrook maintenance yard. They will also provide system integration services for the installation and integration of Audio Visual related items including monitors, audio systems, and room control systems at the Metrolinx Oakville and Willowbrook facilities.
Metrolinx intends to award the Contract to one (1) Proponent. The term of contract is for five (5) years with options to renew for up to an additional two (2) one year terms, as determined by Metrolinx in its sole discretion.

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. ET on November 28, 2017 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Proponents must download the RQQ documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
