Descriptions: Metrolinx Vendor Performance Management (VPM) Program - Status Update for Vendors
Metrolinx vendors are invited to attend this webinar information session which will provide a status update on Metrolinx’s Vendor Performance Management (VPM) program.
What is VPM?
The Vendor Performance Management program is a continuous improvement model which uses an evaluation and communication feedback loop on a contract-by-contract basis to maintain, develop and reward high-performance by Metrolinx vendors. Each contract is evaluated over the duration of the agreement using Contract Performance Appraisals (CPA) in the form of a scorecard where key performance indicators are evaluated by Metrolinx and shared with the vendor. Beginning in 2015, contracts awarded by Metrolinx have been subject to Metrolinx VPM program and have included a contract specific Contract Performance Appraisals.
The webinar will be held Tuesday November 28th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m EST. and will last approximately 1 hour. During the webinar we will update vendors on status of completion of CPAs, how vendors can access their performance information and how this information will be used by Metrolinx in evaluation and award of future contracts.
