Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the Consultancy, Design and Construction Contract Administration for the Improvements at Mimico & Midland Yards.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario time on Thursday, October 11, 2018.
***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Consultants who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
• The Bidder shall have successfully completed Three (3) reference projects similar in value, complexity and magnitude as the Work stated in this Tender Document;
• The Project Manager to be involved shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and shall be currently licensed as a Professional Engineer to practice in the Province of Ontario, or a Certified Engineering Technologist ( CET) certified to practice in the Province of Ontario;
• The Contract Administrator to be involved shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience;
• The Transportation Engineer to be involved shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and shall be currently licensed as a Professional Engineer to practice in the Province of Ontario, or working under a limited license as granted by the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
