Metrolinx is issuing this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) to retain the services of Vendor(s) and establish a VOR agreement to provide the goods and/or services described herein.
Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the provision of Design Standards for Architecture, Engineering, Interior and Industrial Design Consulting Services to be delivered on as needed basis.
The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from various disciplines to provide credentials and hourly rates related to the development of Design Standards at Metrolinx. The result will be a pool of Consultants that are qualified to submit proposals for Design Standard related tasks as issued by Metrolinx over the term of this Request. The Work will include development of the Design Standards over a period of three (3) years.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on November 19, 2019.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.

Only Consultant who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
(A)  Ten (10) years of experience in  project management of public-infrastructure projects
      with an emphasis on projects that involve many public-facing elements;
(b)  Ten (10) years of experience with the design of public-infrastructure projects with an
      emphasis on projects that involve many public-facing elements.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
