Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Replacement of Electrical Substation Bus Duct at Willowbrook Facility
A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 125 Judson Street, Toronto, M8Z 1A4 on February 3rd, 2020 at 11 a.m.
Failure of Contractor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.
All Bidders, their employees, agents, Subvendors and Suppliers, shall wear appropriate safety wear at all times while they are on the site including hardhats, safety vests, safety shoes and protective eyewear. Failure to comply shall result in exclusion from the site resulting in the consequences stated in Section 3.2 herein.

- Bidders shall supply their own safety wear. Metrolinx shall not supply any safety wear.
All Bidders, their employees, agents, Subvendors and Suppliers, shall execute a release of liability form and return it to the Procurement Representative prior to the commencement of the mandatory site/information meeting in order to access the site. Failure to comply shall result in exclusion from the site resulting in the consequences stated in Section 3.2 herein.
Each Submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $5,000 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on February 18, 2020.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Contractors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

- satisfactorily completed or is satisfactorily performing in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract".
- Mandatory Personnel Requirements: The Electrician shall be currently licensed as a Professional Electrician designated to practice in the Province of Ontario. Supporting Documentation Required to Substantiate Compliance: a valid Certificate of Qualification for Construction Electrician.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
