Tender No. RFS-2020-HRDV-190 (Leadership Development Coaching Services )
This Request for Services (“RFS”) is issued by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the stated ministry in section B.3 (“Ministry”) under Vendor of Record Arrangement, Master Agreement OSS-00523295 and is an invitation to selected vendors (“Vendors”) to potentially provide Recruiting Services. Vendors are requested to make submissions for the specifics described throughout the document, respond where indicated, and submissions via the Metrolinx MERX Portal. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.
Metrolinx is undertaking the largest transportation investment in Ontario’s history to transport our customers better, faster and easier, while also operating GO Transit, UP Express and PRESTO. Metrolinx has a unique opportunity to plan, build, operate and connect transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Metrolinx would like to leverage the existing Executive Coaching for Leadership Development Services OPS VOR # OSS-00523295. The proposed solution would allow us to continue to offer leadership coaching services to people leaders and high potential employees across the organization. Additionally, it would allow us to expand our coaching offering including the following:
- Assessment tools and support for leaders to provide understanding of the leader’s strengths and development areas. These assessment tools would include, but not be limited to, 360 assessments.
- One-on-one coaching services suitable for emerging leaders to senior level executives
- Team coaching services
- Team development and coaching training and facilitation workshop services
