Metrolinx Website Application Managed Services
 
This RFP Process is an invitation by Metrolinx to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Website Application Managed Services.
 
The Scope of Services requires the performance of Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS). The Services will include the following:
 
Application Maintenance Services (AMS) - Level 2 and Level 3 Application Support

17. Incident Management
17. Problem Management
17. Defect Management
17. Small Enhancements (large enhancements with mutual agreement)
17. Service Requests and Catalogue Fulfillment
17. Develop/Maintain Documentation - Application - Technical, Functional, Operations Support, Training materials, etc.
17. Application Landscape/Environment Maintenance for non-Production and Production environments - e.g. code deployment, apply application, database, middleware and operating system patches, hot fixes etc.
17. Support Transition-to-Run from Projects and provide on-going support for functionality implemented from projects
17. Provide DR support as required
17. Provide Audit support as required
17. Drive Continuous improvement - targeting year-over-year productivity improvements via innovation, automation, etc.
17. SLA Management

17. Small Enhancements and large enhancements (with mutual agreement) - end-to-end SDLC responsibilities - Requirements, Design, Development / Configuration, Unit testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing (if required), support UAT and Deployment as well as develop/maintain related technical and functional documentation.
