Metrolinx is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain the services of a Vendor to provide the goods and/or services described herein.
Metrolinx intends to notify a Proponent of acceptance of its Submission and enter into a Contract through an open, fair and competitive process.
Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the Capital Program Consultation and Engagement Support: Third Party.
The Communications (Comms) unit at Metrolinx is a public facing arm within the corporation. Comms is organized in five (5) divisions, each reporting to the Chief Communications Officer (CCO); 416 Community Engagement, 905 Community Engagement, Community Engagement Stratgey, Corprate Comunications & Issues Management and Strategic Communciations & Planning. Together these divisions are responsible for developing and executing the Comms strategy to communicate with public on Metrolinx’s transit network expansion vision and current service offerings.
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of Consultation and Engagement Support for Metrolinx’s Capital Program over a 2 year period.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Consultant who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
(A) Ten (10) years of experience in public consultation and engagement.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
