Request to be Prequalified for the design, construction and commissioning a new Crew Centre at the Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility
Metrolinx invites interested Proponents to provide the design, construction and commissioning of a new Crew Centre at the Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility which will be located at 185 Judson Street, Toronto, ON. in order to accommodate the current and projected staffing needs of the Metrolinx Rail Operations group.The project involves design, construction and commissioning of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical elements associated with the facility, as more particularly described in the Prequalification Document as required by Metrolinx.
Submission of Signed Confidentiality Agreement
Proponents that are interested in this initiative must submit a signed copy of the attached “Confidentiality Agreement” prior to receiving a copy of the Pre-Qualification documents.
The signed copy must be sent to the attention of Sanjeev Drego, Procurement Services, by no later than 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2016 via e-mail to Sanjeev.drego@metrolinx.com, quoting SQ-2016-NFW-007 in the subject line of the e-mail.

Only those Proponents that have submitted a signed, valid and binding confidentiality agreement will be invited to download a copy of the Pre-Qualification document via Merx Electronic Bid Submission (EBS).
