Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision and Rental of Uniforms for
Metrolinx Staff.

Metrolinx has approximately 2,500 employees that require uniforms, including frontline
and non-frontline employees, and a uniform rental program. Metrolinx is seeking a
qualified uniform supplier(s) to provide the supply and delivery of suitable uniforms for
all uniform-wearing employees, including but not limited to uniform procurement,
inventory management and warehousing, order processing, distribution service and
cleaning services as applicable, in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner. The
new uniforms will meet the needs of all stakeholders by providing greater comfort for
uniformed staff through updated garment styles and sizing options. Uniform designs will
integrate safety regulation requirements including high visibility and reflective features.
The revitalized look also be designed to portray the GO Metrolinx brand.

An Optional Virtual Information Meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams on
January 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Toronto, Ontario time.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on January 31,
2023.
