Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the Prequalification for Demolition and Preservation Services at 500 Howard St, Oshawa, ON.

Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified, SQ-2023-PROB-152 to establish a prequalified list of Proponents (the “Prequalified List”), with the necessary experience, qualifications and resources to perform work for Demolition and Preservation Services at 500 Howard St, Oshawa, ON. (the “Project”).
The establishment of the Prequalified List marks the end of “Stage 1” of the procurement process for the Project. Metrolinx then intends to issue subsequent procurement processes to Proponents on the Prequalified List (each process a “Stage 2” procurement process) to select specific Proponent(s) to enter into negotiations, if applicable, toward a contract for the performance of specific portions of work on the Project. The Scope of Work for the Project is described at Appendix “B” – Scope of Work.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 26, 2023.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
