Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for:

The provision of Janitorial Service for 3 BRT Stations: Renforth, Erin Mills and Winston Churchill Bus Rapid Transit Stations

An Optional Site Meeting will be held as follows:

First station: Renforth. Address: 5001 Commerce Boulevard, Mississauga, ON.
Second station: Erin Mills Transitway. Address: 4430 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON.
Third station: Winston Churchill Transitway. Address: Highway 403/Winston Churchill, Mississauga, ON.

Vendors are responsible for their own transportation.

Duration of the tour approximately 2 hours.

Bidders may request a site visit/information meeting any of the following days/groups:

Group One (1):
July 30, 2024 start 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Group Two (2):
July 30, 2024 start 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m.

Group Three (3):
August 01, 2024 start 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Please submit your request to participate in the Optional Visit/Information meeting on July 29, 2024 or July 31, 2024 (no later than 3:00 p.m.) by email to the Procurement Representative: Rebeca.Salas@metrolinx.com – phone number: 416-528-2145 .
Bidders shall supply their own safety wear: any of this high visibility top applies: Vest, or T-shirt, or Jacket, or Hoodie. Metrolinx shall not supply any safety wear.
