Office Move Management Services and Installation

Metrolinx is issuing this Request for Proposal to retain a qualified vendor for the
provision of office move management services and installation. The requirements are
more particularly described in Scope of Work of the Request for Proposal documents.

Metrolinx’s intention is to award a contract for a period of a two-year initial term with
three additional one-year term extension options to be exercised at Metrolinx’s sole
discretion.

RFP documents are available online at www.metrolinx.merx.com

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on February 6, 2025
through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.

Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal
in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject
any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
