Consultants for Market Research Services on an Emergent Basis
Metrolinx is accepting bids (“Requests”) for Market Research Services for Origin/Destination Studies, Quantitative Research, and Qualitative Research as required by Metrolinx. Services will be required on an as needed emergent basis. Metrolinx makes not guarantee of the value, volume or frequency of work.
Metrolinx intends to award a contract to one (1) or more Proponents. The contract will be for a term of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one(1) year each, which extensions may be exercised by Metrolinx, at its sole discretion.

Submissions will be accepted until the Closing at 3:00 p.m., November 27, 2017 via electronic bid submission through the Metrolinx MERX Portal and will be opened by Metrolinx staff as soon as is practicable after the designated Tender Closing Time. Details on where and when vendors can obtain information on bids received, prices bid and contract awards are specified in the Request Document.
Please note, effective Monday, February 10th, 2014 for any newly issued tenders Metrolinx will no longer be conducting Public Openings.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Requests at its sole discretion.
